Using NoFlake
These terms govern the NoFlake app and website provided by Tomoni Labs, LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be at least 13 and have any legally required parent or guardian permission.
Accounts and shared commitments
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You choose your goals and whom to pair with. Photos and check-ins are self-reported and do not guarantee that a goal was completed. NoFlake is a general accountability tool, not medical, fitness, financial, or professional advice. Choose goals appropriate for your circumstances.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid features require an active subscription unless your duo is covered by your partner’s active subscription. This coverage does not extend to your other duos. Prices, billing periods and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the applicable store’s terms. A trial may convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before its deadline. Manage, restore or cancel purchases through Apple or Google; refund eligibility follows store policies and applicable law. We do not set a fixed price or guarantee a free trial through these terms.
Your content and conduct
You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to store, process and display it as needed to provide NoFlake to you and your chosen partner. Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, post unlawful material, expose another person’s private information, or attempt to bypass access controls. We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect users or comply with law.
Social stakes
Any friendly stake is an arrangement between you and your partner. NoFlake does not hold money, collect debts, provide escrow, enforce wagers, or guarantee that a partner follows through. Do not use the service for unlawful gambling or coercive agreements.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep NoFlake available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, notification delivery, or particular results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using NoFlake at any time and delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete account, or request help at ted@tomoni.ai. Cancel subscriptions separately with the applicable store. We may update features or these terms and will provide notice where required. Material changes do not remove rights already protected by applicable law.
